Old-World Editorial at an Italian Castle
WEDDING EDITORIAL | VENETO, ITALY
—
Early summer in northern Italy is filled with sweet sensations: warm sunshine and cool stone, the aroma of jasmine, dining alfresco, and running barefoot through a grand garden. This old-world Italian wedding editorial encompasses these sentiments and celebrates the soft beauty of summer in the Italian countryside.
I teamed up with Gionata Russo Weddings to create this editorial at the stunning Castello San Salvatore. Located in the northern region of Veneto, the centuries-old castle sits atop a hill with sweeping views of the surrounding Prosecco hills. It made for a beautiful setting for the four different fashion moments curated by stylist Alessio Lorusso. The peach, pink, and olive florals were designed by Andrada Muller. And we had delicate paper goods by Netherlands-based Pen to Paper.
All in all, it's an editorial bursting with old-world beauty and Italian sweetness. This editorial was also published on the fine art wedding blog, Amber & Muse.
“We are impressed by Kristin Sautter’s poetic
world of images, which magically captivate us.”
