Elegant and wild autumn wedding inspiration on the coast of England
On a crisp but sunny October day, I teamed up with Emma of Martha & the Meadow to create an autumn wedding inspiration shoot on England’s rugged Jurassic Coast.
When dreaming about this shoot, I was inspired by two words: Wild beauty.
I’ve always been drawn to the sublime—to moments that leave me breathless and still. And it’s the rugged wild of nature that I find most beautiful of all. So I’ve been wanting to do a shoot inspired by this draw I have to nature.
This shoot brought together elegant, fine art elements with the untamed and wild coastline. The drama of the landscape is balanced with her softness and grace. Emma of Martha and the Meadow created the bouquet filled with seasonal flowers and greens from her own cottage in Dorset, all perfectly tied with Cfleurs Design silk ribbons.
I’m so happy with how the vision came alive in these photos. And I still cannot believe we had sunshine and a golden sunset—rare treasures in England! I hope these images get you dreaming about your own elegant autumn wedding in England.
